- Oversee all financial operations and accounting processes within the organization.
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to achieve company objectives.

- Manage and lead a team of finance and accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Conduct regular financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement cross-functional initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting, and implement relevant changes as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to support business growth and retention.
- Ensure proper training and development opportunities are provided to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and manage budget and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks and make recommendations for risk management strategies.
- Communicate and present financial information to non-finance stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial information.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field
Cpa Certification Or Equivalent Professional Qualification
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Finance And Accounting, Preferably In A Managerial Role
Strong Knowledge Of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, And Tax Regulations
