As an EPM Oracle Finance Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle EPM solutions for our clients. - Design and implement effective Oracle EPM solutions for clients, taking into consideration their unique business needs and financial processes.
- Utilize your strong understanding of financial processes to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to clients on how to optimize their EPM systems.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Oracle EPM tools.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on EPM Oracle Finance, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our services.
- Lead and support the implementation of EPM projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and budget.
- Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use their Oracle EPM systems, promoting user adoption and satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate EPM solutions with other systems and processes within clients' organizations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support and guidance on EPM-related matters.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of EPM methodologies, tools, and templates, to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Continuously assess and monitor the performance of EPM systems, identifying and resolving any issues or inefficiencies to ensure optimal functionality.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field
Experience With Project Management And Leading Teams
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Oracle Epm (Enterprise Performance Management) Software
Strong Understanding Of Financial Processes And Accounting Principles
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Clients And Team Members Effectively.
