  1. Lead and manage a team of Epic Inpatient Orders specialists to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of the Epic system for our clients.
  2. Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience with Epic Inpatient Orders to provide expert guidance and solutions to our clients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the Epic system with other healthcare technologies.
  4. Develop and implement best practices for the use of Epic Inpatient Orders to improve efficiency and effectiveness for our clients.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on all aspects of Epic Inpatient Orders, including system configuration, workflows, and functionality.
  6. Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the overall user experience.
  7. Conduct trainings and presentations to educate clients and team members on the use of Epic Inpatient Orders.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology to continuously improve our services and offerings.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Epic Inpatient Orders Module, With A Strong Understanding Of Its Capabilities And Functionality.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Complex Epic Implementation Projects, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Clinical Workflows And Best Practices Within An Inpatient Setting, With An Emphasis On Medication And Order Management.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Epic Inpatient Orders Analysts And Developers.

  • Epic Inpatient Orders Certification, With A Deep Understanding Of Epic's Build And Configuration Tools, As Well As Experience With System Integrations And Upgrades.
