  1. Lead and manage the Epic Clinical Documentation team, including setting goals, providing guidance and support, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  2. Serve as the subject matter expert for Epic Clinical Documentation and stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their clinical documentation needs and provide tailored solutions using Epic technology.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and providing strategic recommendations.
  5. Conduct trainings and workshops for clients and internal team members on Epic Clinical Documentation.
  6. Analyze and evaluate current clinical documentation processes and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Implement and optimize Epic Clinical Documentation modules for clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems.
  8. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions to clients.
  9. Provide support to clients during and after the implementation process, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Epic Clinical Documentation into broader healthcare systems.
  11. Stay updated on the latest advancements and updates in Epic Clinical Documentation and share knowledge with the team.
  12. Contribute to the development and enhancement of PricewaterhouseCoopers' Epic Clinical Documentation service offerings.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and open communication within the team.
  14. Represent PricewaterhouseCoopers at industry events and conferences to showcase our expertise in Epic Clinical Documentation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Healthcare-Related Field Such As Nursing, Health Information Management, Or Clinical Informatics.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Epic Electronic Health Record (Ehr) System, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Clinical Documentation Best Practices And Regulatory Requirements, Such As Hipaa And Cms Guidelines.

  • Proven Ability To Lead And Manage A Team, With Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Epic Certifications In Relevant Modules, Such As Clin Doc, Him, Or Optime, And Experience With Project Management Methodologies.
