  1. Lead and manage Epic clinical documentation projects for clients, ensuring timely and successful implementations.
  2. Utilize extensive experience and knowledge of Epic systems to provide guidance and support to clients in optimizing their clinical documentation processes.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, clinicians, and leadership, to gather requirements and design solutions that meet clients' needs.
  4. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure project milestones are met and within budget.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis and provide recommendations for improvements in clients' clinical documentation processes, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the project.
  7. Mentor and train team members on Epic clinical documentation concepts, processes, and tools to build a strong and knowledgeable team.
  8. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any risks or roadblocks to ensure project success.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and updates in Epic clinical documentation and incorporate them into project strategies and recommendations for clients.
  10. Represent the company and the team in a professional manner, maintaining strong relationships with clients and promoting a positive image of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Health Information Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Epic Clinical Documentation Software, Including Implementation And Optimization.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Clinical Documentation Best Practices And Regulatory Requirements, Such As Hipaa And Macra.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Experience Leading Teams In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Epic Certification In Clinical Documentation Modules, Such As Epiccare Inpatient Documentation Or Epiccare Ambulatory Documentation, Preferred.
