- Lead and manage the implementation and optimization of Epic clinical documentation solutions for clients.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of Epic systems to provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and improve healthcare processes related to clinical documentation.
- Develop and implement training programs for clients to ensure effective utilization of Epic clinical documentation solutions.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Epic clinical documentation and provide guidance to team members and clients.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Epic systems to inform recommendations and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop project plans and timelines, and ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members in order to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high levels of data security and privacy.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase expertise and promote services.
- Continuously track and measure the success of implemented solutions and make adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Clinical Documentation Leadership Or Management Role, Preferably In An Epic Environment.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Epic Clinical Documentation Modules, Including But Not Limited To Epiccare Ambulatory, Inpatient, And Clindoc.
Strong Project Management Skills And Experience Leading Large-Scale Epic Implementations Or Upgrades.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Stakeholders At All Levels.
