- Lead and manage the implementation of Epic's clinical documentation solutions for clients.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of Epic systems and clinical background to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and clinical staff, to drive project success.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support and education to clients on Epic clinical documentation.
- Analyze current clinical documentation processes and identify areas for improvement to drive better patient outcomes and financial success.
- Review and assess client needs and recommend appropriate Epic clinical documentation solutions.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Epic clinical documentation, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards related to clinical documentation.
- Act as a liaison between clients and Epic to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during implementation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist with business development efforts by participating in client presentations and proposals.

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Epic Clinical Documentation Systems.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Information Technology.
Proven Leadership Skills, With At Least 3 Years Of Experience Managing A Team In A Healthcare Or Technology Setting.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Epic Clinical Documentation Workflows And Functionality, Including Experience With Implementation, Optimization, And Maintenance.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
