  1. Lead and manage the Epic clinical documentation process for clients' implementations.
  2. Provide guidance and support to the project team, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  3. Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-quality clinical documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
  4. Work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the documentation meets business needs.
  5. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks.
  6. Train and mentor team members on Epic clinical documentation best practices and standards.
  7. Collaborate with other teams, such as training and change management, to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve the documentation process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in Epic clinical documentation and share knowledge with the team.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on Epic clinical systems, providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
  11. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and satisfaction.
  13. Identify opportunities for additional services and support to enhance the client's Epic implementation.
  14. Represent PricewaterhouseCoopers as a leader in Epic clinical documentation, both internally and externally.
  15. Uphold PricewaterhouseCoopers' values and standards of excellence in all interactions and deliverables.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Epic Clinical Documentation Systems, Including Implementation, Optimization, And Maintenance.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Clinical Documentation Specialists.

  • Certification In Epic Clinical Documentation (E.g. Epiccare Ambulatory, Epiccare Inpatient, Etc.).

  • Experience Working In A Consulting Or Client-Facing Role, With The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
