The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, extensive knowledge of Epic's clinical documentation module, and exceptional leadership skills.   1. Lead the implementation and maintenance of Epic clinical documentation solutions for clients.
  2. Utilize expertise in Epic clinical documentation to drive efficiencies and improve patient outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and clients to identify their needs and develop customized solutions.
  4. Manage a team of Epic clinical documentation specialists and provide guidance and support as needed.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and solutions.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert for Epic clinical documentation and provide training and education to team members and clients.
  7. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for Epic clinical documentation projects.
  8. Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of Epic clinical documentation solutions.
  9. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, address issues, and ensure satisfaction with the implemented solutions.
  10. Collaborate with other teams within the organization to integrate Epic clinical documentation solutions with other systems and processes.
  11. Identify and address any risks or challenges that may arise during the implementation and maintenance of Epic clinical documentation.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure optimal performance and results for clients.
  13. Represent the organization at conferences and events to promote our Epic clinical documentation services and expertise.
  14. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in Epic clinical documentation.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the organization's values and standards in all interactions with clients and team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Working With Epic Clinical Documentation Software In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Epic Certification In Clinical Documentation Or Other Relevant Epic Modules.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Clinical Documentation Specialists.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Requirements Related To Clinical Documentation, Such As Hipaa And Cms Guidelines.
