  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize clinical documentation processes using Epic software.
  2. Lead a team of healthcare professionals in improving clinical documentation quality and workflow efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers and IT teams, to ensure successful integration and utilization of Epic systems.
  4. Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations and industry standards related to clinical documentation, and ensure compliance within the organization.
  5. Provide guidance and training to healthcare staff on best practices for clinical documentation.
  6. Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  7. Serve as the main point of contact for all Epic clinical documentation-related inquiries and issues.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote the adoption of best practices and drive positive change within the organization.
  9. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Epic clinical documentation tools and workflows.
  10. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation.
  11. Prepare and present reports on clinical documentation performance and progress to senior management.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and quality of clinical documentation.
  13. Stay informed about updates and advancements in Epic systems and make recommendations for their implementation.
  14. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Clinical Documentation Leadership Role Within A Large Healthcare Organization.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Epic Electronic Health Record (Ehr) System And Its Clinical Documentation Capabilities.

  • Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Lead And Oversee Complex Implementation Projects.
