As a member of our healthcare consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to work with leading healthcare organizations and make a meaningful impact on their clinical documentation processes. In this role, you will lead a team of consultants and collaborate with clients to optimize their Epic electronic health record (EHR) systems, specifically focusing on clinical documentation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Epic EHR and clinical workflows, as well as strong project management and leadership skills.   1. Lead the clinical documentation team and provide direction and guidance to consultants.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their current clinical documentation processes and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Utilize in-depth knowledge of Epic EHR and clinical workflows to optimize the system for clients.
  4. Develop and implement project plans to meet client needs and timelines.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships throughout the project.
  6. Coach and mentor team members to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
  7. Conduct training sessions for clients to educate them on best practices for using the Epic EHR system.
  8. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  9. Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in Epic EHR and clinical documentation.
  11. Collaborate with other teams within the healthcare consulting practice to provide comprehensive solutions for clients.
  12. Ensure compliance with PricewaterhouseCoopers' standards and processes.
  13. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
  14. Represent PricewaterhouseCoopers and the healthcare consulting practice in a professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Epic Clinical Documentation Systems, Including Proficiency In Both Inpatient And Ambulatory Settings.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Or Managerial Role In A Healthcare Organization, With A Focus On Clinical Documentation Improvement.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid Guidelines.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Teams, With A Focus On Driving Results And Improving Processes.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Physicians, Nurses, And It Professionals.
