- Develop and implement strategic plans for enterprise architecture projects, in alignment with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage complex enterprise architecture projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their digital transformation objectives.
- Analyze and evaluate client's existing technology landscape, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative and scalable technology solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology and data, and incorporate them into the organization's enterprise architecture strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic recommendations for leveraging technology to achieve their goals.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in all enterprise architecture projects.
- Prepare and present progress reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management and clients.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise during the course of a project.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the organization's enterprise architecture processes and practices.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to proposals and client pitches.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise in enterprise architecture.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
Extensive Experience In Enterprise Architecture And Application Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Enterprise-Wide Applications And Data Solutions. This Should Include A Strong Understanding Of Current And Emerging Technologies, As Well As Hands-On Experience With Various Application Development Methodologies And Tools.
Strong Business Acumen And Strategic Thinking: As A Director/Enterprise Architect, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Aligning Technology Solutions With Business Goals And Objectives.
