- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of enterprise architecture and technology trends, and use this knowledge to guide and shape the technology landscape for our clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business needs and requirements, and translate them into strategic technology solutions
- Lead and manage the development and implementation of enterprise-wide technology initiatives, including applications and data architecture
- Provide expert guidance and advice to stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, on technology strategies and solutions
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry best practices, and evaluate their potential impact and applicability for our clients
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization, and promote the adoption of new technologies and processes
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of technology solutions and architectures, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
- Oversee the work of a diverse team of professionals, including architects, engineers, and developers, and provide mentorship and guidance to support their growth and development
- Collaborate with other enterprise architects and leaders within the organization to drive consistency and standardization in technology solutions and processes
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of technology solutions, and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations as needed.
