- Develop and implement strategic plans to guide clients' digital transformation journey in the Apps & Data domain.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities to leverage innovative solutions to drive growth and efficiency.
- Lead a team of experts in the Apps & Data practice, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the Apps & Data practice offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients on data and application architecture, integration, and governance.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery within scope and budget.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify areas of improvement, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
- Collaborate with other practice leaders to develop and promote cross-functional solutions and services.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to showcase our expertise and build brand awareness.
Extensive Experience In Enterprise Architecture And Application Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Enterprise Applications And Data Solutions. They Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Technologies And Trends In The Industry.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Director/Enterprise Architect, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Architects And Developers. They Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills To Motivate And Guide Their Team, As Well As Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
