  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for the company to leverage new technologies and platforms.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all digital marketing efforts.
  4. Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, paid advertising, and SEO/SEM.
  5. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  6. Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media channels, and online listings.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key digital partners, including agencies and vendors.
  8. Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.
  9. Ensure all digital marketing efforts comply with industry and company standards and regulations.
  10. Train and mentor team members on digital marketing best practices and processes.
  11. Continuously seek out opportunities to optimize and improve digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and actively participate in networking opportunities to promote the brand.
  13. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and target audience to inform digital marketing strategies.
  14. Manage the digital marketing budget and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the marketing team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Digital Marketing, Preferably In A Managerial Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Various Digital Marketing Channels, Including Social Media, Email, And Ppc.

  • Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Digital Marketing Campaigns.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data To Drive Marketing Strategy And Decision-Making.
