Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Digital Contact Solutions, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Various Digital Contact Solutions, Such As Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, And Omnichannel Communication Platforms.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Complex Digital Contact Solutions Projects.
