  1. Lead and manage the IT audit team to ensure the digital integrity and transparency of our clients' operations.
  2. Develop and implement IT audit strategies and plans to effectively assess and improve digital controls.
  3. Conduct thorough and comprehensive audits of clients' IT systems and processes to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  4. Analyze and interpret audit findings to provide insightful recommendations for improving digital controls and mitigating risks.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of IT audit processes with overall business objectives.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital assurance and communicate relevant updates to the team.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their concerns and needs.
  8. Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in IT audit and digital assurance.
  9. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of audit services.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the IT audit function.
  11. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital controls and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  12. Represent the company and its values to clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals to promote trust and confidence in our digital assurance services.
  13. Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements while conducting IT audits.
  14. Communicate with senior leadership and provide regular updates on the status of IT audit projects.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert in IT audit and provide guidance and support to clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Audit, Risk Management, Or Compliance Function.

  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (Cisa) Or Other Relevant Certification (E.g. Cia, Cissp).

  • Strong Understanding Of It Control Frameworks (E.g. Cobit, Nist, Iso) And Regulatory Requirements (E.g. Sox, Gdpr).

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Train A Team Of Auditors And Work Effectively With Clients.
