  1. Develop and implement digital assurance and transparency strategies for clients to ensure the security and integrity of their digital systems and processes.
  2. Conduct thorough IT audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in clients' digital operations.
  3. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of clients' digital controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  4. Lead and manage a team of IT audit professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of services.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and address emerging digital risks and opportunities.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in technology and digital transformation to continuously improve and enhance our digital assurance and transparency offerings.
  7. Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and delivering valuable insights and recommendations.
  8. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner, highlighting potential areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
  9. Develop and maintain internal policies, procedures, and quality standards related to IT audit and digital assurance.
  10. Represent the organization in industry events and conferences to promote our digital assurance and transparency services and establish new business opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In It Audit And Assurance: The Ideal Candidate Must Have A Strong Background In It Audit And Assurance, With At Least 10 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. This Should Include Experience In Conducting Risk Assessments, Developing Audit Plans, And Executing Audits In A Variety Of It Environments.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Relevant Regulations And Standards Such As Sox, Gdpr, And Pci-Dss. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Best Practices And Emerging Trends In It Audit.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: As An It Audit Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Auditors And Overseeing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients, Team Members, And Stakeholders. They Should Also Have The Ability To Explain Complex Technical Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Professional Certification: A Professional Certification Such As Cisa, Cissp, Or Cia Is Highly Desirable For This Role. It Demonstrates The Candidate's Knowledge And Expertise In It Audit And Assurance And Adds Credibility To Their Qualifications.
