Digital- Associate Product Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of our digital product, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure our product meets the highest quality standards. We are looking for a creative individual with a passion for digital transformation and excellent communication skills.The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Science or related fields, with experience in product design and development. They should have an understanding of software development life cycles, UX/UI design, and product management. The candidate should also have the ability to work independently and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the development of the digital product, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure product quality
- Develop product design and development plans, including software development life cycles, UX/UI design, and product management
- Monitor the progress of product development, ensuring that the product meets the highest standards
- Remain up-to-date with the latest digital product trends and technologies
- Analyze customer feedback and use it to improve the product
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the product meets company goals and objectives
- Develop digital product marketing and promotional strategies
- Monitor product performance and take corrective action if needed
- Work with customer service teams to resolve customer issues and complaints
- Provide technical support to users of the digital product
