Extensive Experience In Financial Due Diligence: A Senior Manager In Deals - Financial Due Diligence At Pricewaterhousecoopers Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Conducting Financial Due Diligence For Various Types Of Transactions, Such As Mergers And Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, And Divestitures.
