  1. Conduct thorough financial due diligence on potential deals and transactions.
  2. Negotiate contracts and closing mechanisms with clients and stakeholders.
  3. Provide critical support to the Deals team in all areas related to financial due diligence, contracts, and closing mechanisms.
  4. Collaborate with a diverse range of clients and industries to ensure successful deals and transactions.
  5. Utilize strong understanding of financial concepts to analyze and interpret financial data.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and recommendations.
  7. Work effectively under tight deadlines to meet project timelines.
  8. Identify potential risks and issues during the due diligence process and provide solutions to mitigate them.
  9. Conduct market research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on financial due diligence and contract negotiation best practices.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards while handling sensitive information.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to financial due diligence and contract negotiation.
  13. Participate in client meetings and presentations to provide expertise and insights.
  14. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  15. Support the overall success of the Deals team and contribute to the growth of PwC.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Cpa Or Other Relevant Professional Certification Preferred.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Due Diligence, Contract Review, And Closing Mechanisms In A Professional Services Or Consulting Firm.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial And Accounting Principles, As Well As Deal Structuring And Valuation.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Deadline-Driven Environment.
