- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Train and mentor junior team members in financial due diligence and closing mechanisms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
- Monitor and track financial performance of deals and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with deals and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures related to financial due diligence and closing mechanisms.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Due Diligence And Transaction Advisory Services.
Strong Knowledge Of Accounting Principles And Financial Analysis.
Experience In Managing Complex Contractual Agreements And Closing Mechanisms.
