Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Due Diligence Or Transaction Advisory Services.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Data To Identify Key Insights And Trends.
Knowledge Of Financial Modeling, Valuation Techniques, And Gaap Accounting Principles.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Interact With Clients.
