  1. Lead and manage data and analytics projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of results.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
  3. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract insights and identify trends from large and complex data sets.
  4. Develop and maintain data management processes and procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  5. Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Mentor and guide junior team members in data analysis and management techniques.
  7. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in data analytics and recommend new tools and techniques to improve processes.
  8. Partner with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic recommendations based on data insights.
  9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
  10. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  11. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance data analytics capabilities.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  13. Conduct data audits and troubleshoot any data quality issues.
  14. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert in data analytics, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.

  • Experience With Data Management And Visualization Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience With Tools Such As Sql, Tableau, And Power Bi To Effectively Manage And Visualize Large Datasets.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Manager, The Individual Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities To Identify Key Business Challenges And Develop Data-Driven Solutions To Address Them.
