  1. Lead and manage a team of engineers and analysts in developing and implementing network security solutions.
  2. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and recommend improvements to enhance network security.
  3. Collaborate with other cybersecurity professionals to develop and strengthen overall defense strategies.
  4. Monitor and analyze network traffic to identify potential threats and proactively mitigate risks.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in network security.
  6. Manage and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security tools.
  7. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, as well as mentorship and training opportunities.
  8. Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to explain complex technical concepts and provide updates on network security.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their specific security needs and provide tailored solutions.
  10. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure network security solutions align with overall business objectives.
  11. Participate in incident response activities to contain and remediate cyber attacks.
  12. Oversee and manage budget and resources for network security projects.
  13. Uphold a strong commitment to maintaining a secure and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  14. Continuously review and improve network security processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to showcase expertise and promote the company's network security capabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Network Security And Cyber Defense.

  • Professional Certifications In Network Security, Such As Cissp Or Cism.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Network Security Technologies, Including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, And Network Access Control.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing A Team And Developing Strategies To Protect Against Cyber Threats.
