  1. Develop and implement corporate development strategies to drive growth and maximize value for the firm.
  2. Identify potential acquisition targets and conduct thorough due diligence to evaluate their fit with the firm's strategic objectives.
  3. Lead and manage the entire M&A process, including deal structuring, negotiation, and integration.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments to assess potential growth opportunities and make recommendations for strategic partnerships or joint ventures.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and potential areas for growth and expansion.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players to stay informed of market developments and potential opportunities.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape and provide insights to inform the firm's strategic decision-making.
  8. Prepare and present financial analysis and business cases to support investment decisions.
  9. Develop and maintain financial models to assess the potential return on investment for various growth initiatives.
  10. Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
  11. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and assist in their professional development.
  12. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to corporate development and M&A.
  13. Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to network and promote the firm's brand.
  14. Collaborate with other senior leaders to align corporate development strategies with the overall business objectives of the firm.
  15. Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the corporate development function.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Or Strategy Consulting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis, Valuation Methods, And M&A Processes.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Complex Corporate Development Projects.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Executives.
