  • Lead and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth and success for the firm
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and other growth opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, potential targets, and industry experts
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to support decision making and identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Create and present compelling business cases and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Develop and implement integration plans for successful mergers and acquisitions
  • Monitor and track progress of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on corporate development best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform strategic decision making
  • Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our brand
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout all initiatives and projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Or Private Equity.

  • Strong Analytical And Financial Modeling Skills, With Experience In Evaluating Potential Acquisition Targets And Conducting Due Diligence.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Corporate Growth Strategies, Including Mergers And Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, And Divestitures.
