  1. Lead and execute strategic initiatives that align with the overall vision and goals of the organization.
  2. Identify potential growth opportunities through partnerships, acquisitions, and investments.
  3. Conduct thorough evaluations of potential opportunities, including financial analysis and risk assessment.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to support the company's growth strategy.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of new initiatives.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify potential areas for growth.
  7. Develop and present business cases for potential opportunities to senior leadership.
  8. Manage the due diligence process for potential partnerships, acquisitions, and investments.
  9. Negotiate and structure deals in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  10. Monitor and track the performance of existing partnerships, acquisitions, and investments.
  11. Identify and implement strategies for optimizing and maximizing the value of current and future partnerships, acquisitions, and investments.
  12. Stay informed of regulatory and legal requirements related to corporate development and ensure compliance.
  13. Mentor and develop junior team members to build a strong corporate development team.
  14. Represent the company in external events and conferences to build relationships and identify potential opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Corporate Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Corporate Development, Mergers And Acquisitions, Or Strategy Consulting. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The M&A Landscape And Proven Success In Executing Complex Transactions.

  • Strong Financial Acumen: A Corporate Development Senior Manager Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis, Valuation Techniques, And Financial Modeling. They Should Be Able To Evaluate Potential Deals And Provide Strategic Recommendations Based On Financial Data.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: The Role Requires Someone With Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Think Strategically. The Candidate Should Be Able To Identify Key Business Drivers And Develop Innovative Solutions To Complex Problems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Clients, Colleagues, And External Partners. They Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Present Complex Ideas In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Leadership And Project Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. They Should Have A Track Record Of Delivering Results And Meeting Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment. Previous Experience In Managing And Developing Junior Team Members Is Also Desirable.
