  5. Lead and manage the execution of deals, including negotiations and due diligence.
  6. Provide strategic and financial insights to guide decision-making and support business development efforts.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful integration of new business opportunities.
  8. Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  9. Develop and maintain a network of contacts and stay updated on industry developments.
  10. Mentor and develop junior team members to foster their growth and success.
  11. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
  12. Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's goals, values, and culture to effectively represent the company to external stakeholders.

  • Strong Financial Acumen: A Corporate Development Senior Manager At Pricewaterhousecoopers Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Financial Concepts And Be Able To Analyze Complex Financial Data. They Should Also Be Well-Versed In Financial Modeling And Valuation Techniques.
