  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their supply chain planning needs and provide tailored solutions.
  2. Utilize industry knowledge and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and drive efficiency in supply chain planning processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement connected supply chain planning strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of clients' supply chain data to identify trends and patterns, and use insights to inform recommendations.
  5. Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices and new technologies in supply chain planning.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in supply chain planning technology in order to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  7. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
  8. Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively communicate updates to clients.
  9. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for business growth and expansion within the supply chain management practice.
  10. Mentor and develop junior team members by providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
  11. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of project details and client interactions.
  12. Represent the company and its values in a professional manner at all times, both internally and externally.
  13. Continuously seek feedback from clients and team members to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Supply Chain Planning, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes And Technologies, Including Demand Planning, Inventory Management, And Logistics.

  • Proven Project Management Experience, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.
