  1. Implement and maintain contract lifecycle management systems for clients.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to design and develop solutions that align with clients' business needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
  4. Conduct system testing and debugging to ensure functionality and user-friendliness.
  5. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients' contract management systems.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contract management technology.
  7. Analyze and interpret client data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project success.
  10. Proactively identify and address potential issues and risks related to system implementation and maintenance.
  11. Train and educate clients on contract management systems and procedures.
  12. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities for CLM services.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with sensitive client data.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on contract lifecycle management systems and technologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Technical Analyst Role, Preferably In A Professional Services Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Clm (Contract Lifecycle Management) Software, Such As Ariba, Docusign, Or Icertis.

  • Experience With Implementing And Configuring Clm Solutions, Including Creating Custom Workflows And Integrations.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Provide Effective Solutions.
