  1. Implement and maintain the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system for the organization.
  2. Ensure the smooth operation of the CLM system by troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues.
  3. Optimize the functionality of the CLM system to meet the specific needs of our clients.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements for the CLM system.
  5. Develop and implement strategies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the CLM system.
  6. Conduct regular system audits to identify and address any potential issues or risks.
  7. Train and support end-users on how to effectively utilize the CLM system.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to CLM systems.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert for the CLM system, providing guidance and advice to stakeholders.
  10. Monitor and track system performance and generate reports as needed.
  11. Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and updates.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective resolution of any system-related issues.
  13. Stay informed about changes and updates to the CLM system and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
  14. Adhere to all security and compliance protocols when handling sensitive data within the CLM system.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to the CLM system to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  16. Contribute to the overall success of the organization by actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge, and offering suggestions for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Contract Management Processes And Best Practices.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Technical Analyst Role, Preferably In The Legal Industry.

  • Proficiency In Clm (Contract Lifecycle Management) Software, Such As Apttus, Icertis, Or Docusign.
