To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position, preferably in a professional services or consulting firm. A strong understanding of business writing and editing techniques is essential, along with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise language. A degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is required.   1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's services, achievements, and capabilities.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and subject matter experts to gather information and insights for case studies.
  3. Conduct research and interviews to gather relevant data and quotes for case studies.
  4. Write clear, concise, and engaging case studies that effectively showcase the company's work and impact.
  5. Edit and proofread case studies for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  6. Manage the entire case study process, from concept to final delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output.
  7. Work closely with the marketing and communications team to strategize and prioritize case study content for various channels and audiences.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for case study development and incorporate them into our processes.
  9. Provide guidance and support to junior team members in developing their writing and editing skills.
  10. Ensure all case studies are compliant with legal and ethical standards.
  11. Maintain a project tracker and communicate updates and progress to stakeholders.
  12. Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to create visually appealing and impactful case studies.
  13. Monitor and report on the performance and impact of case studies.
  14. Continuously seek feedback from clients and incorporate it into future case studies.
  15. Represent the company at events and conferences, and actively participate in networking and business development opportunities.
