  1. Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the protection of sensitive information within the organization.
  2. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Monitor and analyze security systems and processes, identifying and addressing any potential security breaches or threats.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain security protocols for all business processes and systems.
  5. Train and educate employees on security best practices and procedures to ensure compliance and awareness.
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for all security-related inquiries and incidents, providing timely and effective resolution.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in information security, implementing new technologies and processes as needed.
  8. Lead and manage a team of security professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  9. Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure compliance with security standards and requirements.
  10. Communicate and collaborate with senior leadership to provide updates on security initiatives, risks, and incidents.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Cisa.

  • At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Information Security Management, Preferably In A Large Organization Or Consulting Firm.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Information Security Policies, Procedures, And Controls.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.
