- Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the protection of sensitive information within the organization.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and make recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze security systems and processes, identifying and addressing any potential security breaches or threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain security protocols for all business processes and systems.
- Train and educate employees on security best practices and procedures to ensure compliance and awareness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all security-related inquiries and incidents, providing timely and effective resolution.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in information security, implementing new technologies and processes as needed.
- Lead and manage a team of security professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure compliance with security standards and requirements.
- Communicate and collaborate with senior leadership to provide updates on security initiatives, risks, and incidents.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Professional Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Cisa.
At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Information Security Management, Preferably In A Large Organization Or Consulting Firm.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Information Security Policies, Procedures, And Controls.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.
