As a Tax Manager, you will play a critical role in providing tax services to our clients in the banking and capital markets industry.   1. Conduct tax research and analysis to identify and understand the unique tax challenges facing the banking and capital markets industry.
  2. Develop and implement tax strategies and solutions for clients in the financial services sector, taking into consideration their business goals and objectives.
  3. Review and prepare tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Communicate complex tax concepts and strategies to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to provide comprehensive tax services to clients.
  6. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and proactively advise clients on potential impacts to their business.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service and identifying opportunities to expand services.
  8. Mentor and train junior tax professionals, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  9. Participate in business development activities, including networking events and proposal development.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of tax work and client information.
  11. Adhere to professional and ethical standards, and comply with all company policies and procedures.
  12. Continuously strive for professional growth and development, staying current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Cpa Certification Or Other Relevant Professional Certification.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Effectively Communicate With Clients.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Tax Laws And Regulations Related To Banking And Capital Markets.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Tax Planning And Compliance For Banking And Capital Markets Clients.
