- Conduct financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare audit plans and identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Review and analyze financial statements and accounting records.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and address any concerns.
- Lead audit teams and delegate tasks to junior associates.
- Provide guidance and training to junior associates to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Identify and recommend solutions to improve clients' financial processes and procedures.
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of audit tasks and deliverables.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to clients and senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with other teams within the firm to provide integrated services to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and strive to exceed their expectations.
- Participate in firm-wide initiatives and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
- Uphold the firm's values and ethical standards in all interactions.
- Continuously develop and enhance audit skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
- Act as a mentor and role model for junior associates and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Adhere to all internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulatory requirements.
- Travel to client sites as needed to perform on-site audits.
Cpa Or Equivalent Certification
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Public Accounting Or Internal Audit
Strong Knowledge Of Gaap And Auditing Standards
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team.
