Asset & Wealth Management Tax Director
PwC is looking for a motivated, experienced Tax Director to join our Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) Tax practice. In this role, you will lead a team of experienced tax professionals to provide comprehensive tax planning and compliance services to our clients in the AWM industry. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of the AWM industry and the tax strategies employed by it, as well as an in-depth understanding of U.S. federal and state tax law. You will be a leader and mentor to a team of professionals, and will be expected to identify and resolve complex problems and provide exceptional client service. Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of experienced tax professionals in providing comprehensive tax planning and compliance services to clients in the AWM industry.
- Utilize a strong understanding of the AWM industry and the tax strategies employed by it, as well as an in-depth understanding of U.S. federal and state tax law.
- Act as a leader and mentor to a team of professionals, and identify and resolve complex problems.
- Provide exceptional client service.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and keep team members informed.
- Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and review tax planning strategies.
- Develop and implement tax strategies.
- Review and analyze clients' financial statements.
