  1. Lead and oversee all aspects of financial operations for Priceline, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Develop and implement financial strategies and processes to support the company's growth and achieve financial goals.
  3. Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize financial operations and drive business growth.
  5. Monitor and manage financial performance, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management.
  6. Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  7. Proactively identify and address potential financial risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance operations to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.
  9. Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and financial institutions.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial processes and procedures with overall company objectives.
  11. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
  12. Adhere to all relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in financial operations.
  13. Represent the finance department in cross-functional meetings and provide expertise and insights on financial matters.
  14. Act as a key liaison between the finance department and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  15. Act as a role model for the company's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Finance Operations Or Related Field, With At Least 5 Years In A Managerial Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field. Advanced Degree Or Certification (Such As Cpa) Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Conducting Performance Evaluations.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Financial Principles And Practices, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Analysis.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Present Financial Information To Senior Leadership.
