Job Description

Priceline is seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate for this position will be a tech-savvy professional who enjoys troubleshooting and helping others with technical issues. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing first-line support to our internal users on their IT-related problems, as well as maintaining and troubleshooting our network, hardware, and software.To be successful in this role, you will need a working knowledge of current computer hardware and software, experience with Windows 10, Office 365, and general network maintenance/troubleshooting. You must also have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong focus on customer service.
