- Conduct comprehensive analysis of compensation data, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits, to ensure fairness and competitiveness within the organization.
- Utilize various tools and techniques to gather and interpret data, identifying trends and patterns to inform compensation decisions.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop and implement compensation plans and structures that align with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Review and evaluate job descriptions and job classifications to ensure accurate and consistent compensation across all roles.
- Stay up-to-date on local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to compensation to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and present data and insights to senior leadership and make recommendations for adjustments to compensation plans as needed.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of compensation policies and procedures to ensure transparency and consistency.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation matters, providing guidance and support to HR and management teams.
- Assist with the design and implementation of compensation-related training programs for managers and employees.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages for current and potential employees.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Analysis, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Corporate Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Compensation Principles, Practices, And Regulations.
Experience With Job Evaluation, Market Pricing, And Salary Structure Design.
Proficient In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
