- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on key financial metrics to support strategic decision making.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and track performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide accurate and timely reports.
- Identify trends, variances, and potential risks or opportunities to inform business strategies.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning.
- Analyze and report on company financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through regular audits and reconciliations.
- Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other members of the finance team to streamline processes and improve overall financial performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, market trends, and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis.
Strong Analytical Skills And Understanding Of Financial Modeling And Forecasting.
Proficiency In Financial Software And Tools, Such As Excel And Erp Systems.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
