
Account Manager, Hosted Solutions

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest players in the travel industry and help them optimize their online presence through our innovative hosted solutions. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the travel industry, serving as their main point of contact for all hosted solutions-related matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their business goals.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
- Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, and proactively provide recommendations for improvement to ensure maximum client satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on product offerings, new features, and industry trends.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress in client management systems.
- Stay updated on industry developments and trends, and provide insights and recommendations to help continuously improve our hosted solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support new client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition.
- Consistently meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs set by management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Account Management, Preferably In The Technology Or Travel Industry
Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales And Account Growth
Strong Understanding Of Cloud-Based Solutions And Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Clients
