Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team at Premium Retail Services! The ideal candidate should have proven experience in providing technical support to end users and have a strong background in troubleshooting various hardware and software issues. We are searching for a friendly, customer-focused individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues quickly and efficiently.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and maintain a positive attitude.
  4. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
  5. Identify and document system problems and resolutions.
  6. Monitor and maintain systems to ensure optimal performance.
  7. Track and monitor service requests and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.
  8. Assist in the implementation of new technologies.
  9. Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry.
  10. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
