HR Business Partner

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Premium Retail Services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people-oriented strategies and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.The HR Business Partner must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of professional Human Resources experience, preferably in a generalist role. You should be highly organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

1. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and strategies that align with the overall business goals.
2. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, providing coaching and guidance on HR-related topics.
3. Monitor and evaluate HR performance metrics and provide reports to senior management.
4. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
5. Manage employee relations issues, such as disciplinary action and conflict resolution.
6. Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes and provide career development guidance.
7. Develop and deliver HR-related training and workshops.
8. Handle employee grievances and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
9. Research and analyze best practices in the HR field.
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
