
HR Business Partner
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Premium Retail Services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people-oriented strategies and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.The HR Business Partner must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of professional Human Resources experience, preferably in a generalist role. You should be highly organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This position requires strong business acumen, a commitment to collaboration, and a customer service mindset.If you are an enthusiastic people-person with a passion for solving complex organizational issues, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and strategies that align with the overall business goals.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, providing coaching and guidance on HR-related topics.
- Monitor and evaluate HR performance metrics and provide reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations issues, such as disciplinary action and conflict resolution.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes and provide career development guidance.
- Develop and deliver HR-related training and workshops.
- Handle employee grievances and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Research and analyze best practices in the HR field.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
