
Client Account Manager
We are looking for a motivated and driven Client Account Manager to join our team at Premium Retail Services! As a Client Account Manager, you will serve as the primary contact between our clients and Premium Retail Services, ensuring that our clients are receiving the highest level of quality service. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously. You should also have a proven track record of success in managing customer accounts and building relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries with professional customer service.
- Manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and sales.
- Monitor client feedback and adjust services accordingly.
- Analyze customer data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure clients are receiving the best service.
- Foster a positive, solution-oriented culture with clients.
- Create reports and presentations to track client performance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes to better serve clients.
