Job Description

The Client Account Coordinator role at Premium Retail Services is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and organized professional who will be responsible for managing client accounts. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented and highly motivated to deliver outstanding customer service.The ideal candidate will have experience in account management and/or customer service, a strong customer service background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the successful candidate must possess a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service and the capacity to work with a variety of people. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage client accounts in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions with clients.
  3. Maintain and update client account information.
  4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  5. Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
  6. Work with other departments to ensure client needs are met.
  7. Assist with developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  8. Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  9. Keep up to date with industry trends and news.
  10. Monitor competition to ensure competitive positioning.
