Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Regional Manager with a proven track record of success to join our Chromebook team at Premium Retail Services. You will be responsible for managing our Chromebooks in a designated region of the country, leading sales initiatives, and ensuring that all of our clients’ needs are met.The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 5 years of sales and/or management experience in retail, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), and a strong knowledge of Chromebooks and their capabilities. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to think on their feet and respond quickly to customer needs.If you are a driven, hardworking individual who is passionate about Chromebooks and is looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Chromebooks in designated region, tracking inventory and sales.
  2. Lead sales initiatives, recommending and implementing strategies to increase sales.
  3. Ensure client needs are met, responding quickly to customer inquiries or concerns.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure overall success of the Chromebook team.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas of improvement and taking action to increase sales and improve customer experience.
  7. Develop and implement training programs for sales teams, helping them understand and utilize Chromebooks more effectively.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Monitor industry trends and developments, staying up to date with the latest Chromebook products and features.
