Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Associate to join Prada's team! As a HR Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR team in a variety of areas, from recruitment and employee relations to benefits and payroll. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, a minimum of two years of experience in HR, and a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
