HR Associate

At Prada, we are looking for a talented and experienced HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for HR-related issues and exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. They will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a wide array of staff.The HR Associate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive array of HR services and support. This includes, but is not limited to, recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding processes, employee relations, benefits administration, training and development, performance management, and compliance.We are seeking an individual with at least three years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate setting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must have a working knowledge of federal and state labor laws, and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
