As a Staff Paralegal, you will play a vital role in assisting our attorneys with a variety of tasks including legal research, document preparation, and case management. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience.   1. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support attorneys in case preparation.
  2. Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal guidelines.
  3. Organize and maintain case files and documents, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  4. Assist attorneys in managing deadlines and scheduling appointments and court appearances.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, internal team members, and external parties to gather information and provide updates on case status.
  6. Utilize legal databases and software to assist with case management and document organization.
  7. Conduct fact-checking and ensure all legal documents are accurate and error-free.
  8. Monitor changes in laws and regulations to ensure compliance and make recommendations to attorneys.
  9. Coordinate and collaborate with other paralegals and legal assistants to facilitate efficient workflow and information sharing.
  10. Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  11. Demonstrate a strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development to enhance job performance.
  13. Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
  14. Support attorneys with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by fostering open communication and teamwork.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As A Paralegal In A Law Firm Or Corporate Legal Department

  • Strong Understanding Of Legal Terminology And Procedures, Including Experience With Legal Research And Drafting Legal Documents

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Legal Case Management Software

  • Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
